Dewgooders uses several different suppliers when shipping orders.
When possible, products are shipped using UPS Ground Service. We ship
to most destinations in Canada for $4.95 USD and to most destinations
in the continental United States for $9.95 USD. Please be advised there
may be special shipping and handling rates on certain products. If the item(s)
you have ordered are subject to any special shipping and handling rates,
Dewgooders will contact you to let you know the additional fee for your order
S & H will automatically be added to your total as you check out.
7.0% sales tax will be added to orders placed by Ontario residents,
8.0% GST will be added to orders placed by Canadian residents.
International Orders
For some International destinations, shipping costs are unavoidably high.
On orders shipped to foreign destinations Dewgooders will forward an e-mail
to confirm the order to the customer. This confirmation is necessary to ensure
that our customer understands the cost of the purchase and that all local duties,
customs fees, importation charges and taxes are the responsibility the buyer.
Dewgooders will not process your order until you have confirmed that the shipping
charges are acceptable and that you agree to pay all associated duties.
If you refuse to pay the local charges after shipment, your order may be impounded
until all fees have been paid. Dewgooders will not refund the purchase price including
any additional shipping and handling fees of products that are unable to be returned to
us due to local customs authorities seizing the product for non-payment of importation fees.
