Customer Service

At Dewgooders we try to make purchasing our products
as easy as possible for our customers. It is our hope
that you will find answers to most product and purchase
related questions right here at dewgooders.com.
If you have customer service questions that are not
addressed at this site we can be contacted by e-mail,
phone, fax and conventional mail.

We have found that the vast majority of customer service
questions are best addressed via e-mail. Because of this we
request all customers to use e-mail to first contact Dewgooders.

If your situation can not be effectively handled by e-mail,
a customer service representative (CSR) will contact you by
phone. You can also reach a CSR directly if necessary by calling
the number below during our normal Customer Service hours
( 9am to 5pm EST Mon.-Fri.). Due to the volume of calls,
however, you will likely be asked to leave a number so
that a representative can get back to you.

Delivery


Dewgooders makes every effort to ship orders as quickly as
possible. Please allow up to two weeks for delivery of in
stock items. We will notify you by email if any item cannot be shipped
within 30 days and we will provide you with the option to
cancel your order. You will not be billed for items purchased
until they are shipped.

Warranty

All Dewgooders products are warranteed against manufacturing
defects for one year from the date of purchase. If you find a
problem with a Dewgooders product please advise us by e-mail
at admin@dewgooders.com
to make arrangements for the return of the product. If upon
inspection we find that the product is defective we will repair
or replace the product at our discretion. Dewgooders will not
pay the initial return shipping costs. If we find that the product
is defective, however, Dewgooders will, along with return of
the repaired or replaced garment, also reimburse the customer
for all reasonable shipping and handling costs related to the
return. Dewgooders products are not warranteed against damage
caused by inappropriate use or for product deterioration caused
by wear and tear.

Returns

If, within 30 days of receipt of you order, you are dissatisfied
with your purchase for any reason return it to us for a full refund
of the purchase price (excluding shipping and handling). In the
event of a product return Dewgooders will not reimburse customers
for shipping and handling costs.

Returns Process

If you intend to return an item. Please send notification of your
intent to Dewgooders at admin@dewgooders.com
. Please indicate your name and address, the item
to be returned and the date it arrived to you. We will respond to
your e-mail with return instructions.
